| Arena Animation Mohali – Sebiz Infotech Rewards Program |

| We at Arena Animaton Mohali, have tied up with Sebiz Infotech to create a very interesting Rewards Program. While students are studying at the Arena Animation centre, they get a chance to work on live projects of Sebiz Infotech. They get incredible work experience as well as monetary benefits (during study period) by working on live projects from Sebiz Infotech. |

| In addition to monetary benefits to the students working on the Sebiz projects, we offer jobs to students. Sebiz Infotech has defined a points-based Rewards Program. When a student works on any live Sebiz project, he/she earns predefined points in respect to that work (in addition to monetary benefits). When the points get accumulated to a certain figure, the student can redeem the same points to get handsome rewards. |

| Students can check their earned points anytime by logging into a web-based application. Each student knows at every point of time that how many points they have earned so far. |

| The points earned in the Rewards Program can be redeemed during three stages listed below: |

| 1. |
Silver - If a student has earned 500 points then that means he/she has achieved the Silver stage of Rewards Program. |
| |
| 2. |
Gold - If a student has earned 750 points then that means he/she has achieved the Gold stage of Rewards Program. |
| |
| 3. |
Platinum - If a student has earned 1000 points then that means he/she has achieved the Platinum stage of Rewards Program. |

If you choose to redeem your points at this stage and do not want to carry forward your points, then you will get following benefits:
1. Cash bonus of Rs 15000 (this is in addition to the regular payouts for work done on Sebiz projects)
2. Free entry pass to the company party of Sebiz Infotech
3. Free entry to the outstation tour organized by the SPC Club of Sebiz Infotech |

If you choose to redeem your points at this stage, then you will get following benefits:
GUARANTEED JOB at Sebiz Infotech (minimum salary of Rs 10,000 per month) |

If you redeem your points at any of these three stages, your account balance in terms of points gets reset to zero. So if you redeem your points at the Silver stage, then to reach the Gold stage, you need additional 750 points as your account balance has got reset to zero. |

There is no expiry period of your points. They are valid as long as you are a student of Arena Animation Mohali. |

| 3. |
The points for each Sebiz project are well defined before start of each project. If you have any doubt about that, then you can contact Centre Manager for clarifications. |

The Rewards Program is an OPTIONAL item. Your Arena Animation certification does not depend on it in anyway. This is a JOB oriented program that Sebiz Infotech has launched in association with Arena Animation Mohali to help students to get a job. |
